Excellent service with an issue I had after the sale. Sent the service tech to my home (hour and a half away from Altoona) within two days of notifying my saleswoman of the issue I was having. Will definitely be back. Julie Stoehr was the salesperson and she was exceptional.
the sales people are very nice and helpful. The owner is NOT a very friendly person and needs an attitude adjustment. He is very disrespectful and arrogant. Went to Wolf's and saved a ton of money and got better furniture. Lost too money at Fiore that was not refunded . Mr. Fiore could care less about keeping his promise of making the customer number 1. He seemed to only care about $$$.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought furniture 4 years ago, started having problems 2 years after purchase and were told that if we wanted quality, we should have bought something better. Service person came out and used a marker to 'color in' where the bonded leather was peeling. This didn't last. We were told when we bought the furniture it was better than leather and would last longer! This is the worst furniture I have ever seen! Will never shop here again! Sold a warrant that we were told was for scratches...then when we tried to use it, we were told it was the wrong warranty, all our warranty covers is stains...our furniture is dark brown! They do not stand behind their claims...they will say whatever they have to, to make a sale. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!
