I was charged over $180 for a $119 room. Others staying at the same time were not over charged. There were people in the hallway at 2:30 AM yelling and talking preventing a good nights sleep. The bed frame was bent out so that you hit your leg on it. Tried to eat breakfast, a sausage was so over cooked that the dog refused to eat it. I asked at the desk about the bill, I was told to come back in the morning to talk to someone else. I returned in the morning and was told the SAME THING by the new person. Every other room had a bill at the door, I did not. I have already found a better hotel for a lot less in the area and made reservations for the next 3 trips.
The room was very clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good too. Was very happy with our stay.
Rooms were clean and good size. They had soup and cookies for evening meals free of charge. Breakfast is the usual fare. Staff were friendly. It's a little bit off the highway but cheaper than closer hotels. That's the only reason I gave them a 4.
Did the job. King bed, pull out sofa (which only fits one child). Staff was helpful, woman that takes care of breakfast kept thing nice and full and clean (someone should give her a high 5 lol). Not bad for price, scenery surrounding was pretty. Back of hotel has a yard, basketball net and an outdoor lounge area which was neat.
I WAS BILLED $188 NOT $130. I DID CALL FOR THE ROOM. OTHERS WERE BILLED LESS THEN $100, NOT $130. NO REPLY TO THE NOISE IN THE HALLWAY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, THE FOOD, THE BED FRAME OR THE RUN AROUND AT THE DESK. I HAVE A RECEIPT, $130 IS A LIE. I CAME TO THIS HOTEL NO LESS THEN 4 TIMES, BROUGHT SEVERAL OTHER PARTIES AND THIS IS HOW i AM TREATED!
Very cute. Really nice staff. Complimentary potato soup was available in lobby at dinner time. Complimentary breakfast was good. It looks new and modern. It also has a patio with a grill in back.
