Worst ever stay dirty sheets only one set of towels per room, rented a total of 3 rooms for funeral don't stay there pay extra for better room.
Where to start? Reserved a non smoking room. Got there and we got a smoking room. Upon further inspection, the room door was filthy with years if smoke and nicotine stains, the bedding was stained, and the bathroom was filthy. There were cigarettes on the floor between the bed and night stand, cob webs everywhere, loose electrical wire and left over crud under the desk. The next day I complained, only to find after being out all day, our room key was not active. Once we re entered there was this awful smell like someone went to the bathroom 10 mins before we arrive. The bathroom light and fan was on as well. Very poor quality!!!
Checking in took over an hour, bed sheets had blood stains, night stand had blood stains, t.v. did not work, bathroom smelt horrendously of urine, and tub had pubic hair in it. All in all it was one of the worst hotel experiances I've ever had.
