Worst customer service ever!! The older lady was very rude (even while approaching me to ask if I needed something) and was asking questions while I was trying to return something with the receipt and the card it was paid on, like I stole something. I'll never go back.
The jewelry at Littman's is reasonably priced and the staff is very attentive and know their stuff! They are eager to explain and teach about the 4 C's and compared to the other stores we went into, their diamonds are gorgeous. I am picky about the color and clarity of my stones, and they had the best selection of diamonds in the area, hands down. They make shopping for jewelry a very fun experience. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good quality diamond without paying the highly-inflated prices of some other local jewelry stores.
If I could give this store lower than 1 star I absolutely would! This store managed to rerhodium my engagement ring wrong TWICE. My ring is white gold and rose gold. First, they rhodiumed my ring YELLOW. Then, when I said that it was not correct, they sent it out and rodiumed the entire ring white gold. I said it was wrong AGAIN. I was assured that they would overnight the ring to their jeweler in Maryland. A week later, I am told that the ring was never sent out and it is still sitting in the store. During the week that they had it, I called four times to check on the status of my ring and was told every time that it was not back yet. This store is full of incompetent, pathological liars. Unless you don't mind a store ruining your engagement ring, I strongly advise everyone and anyone to avoid this place at all costs!!
