Waited nearly 20 minutes to be barely noticed. Three sales people and they did have customers, but at least find out why I'm there. I needed my rings cleaned before vacation and that could have easily been done while they waited on other customers. My intent was to also get the new wedding set that I've been wanting and can finally afford, but it won't be from Kay Jewelers. My purchase would have been this fall and been $10,000+ but my business will go elsewhere now.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had a minor issue with some jewelry and the managers Nate and Jess handled my problem professionally and quickly

Dont buy your tungsten jewelry here. Same exact items can be found elsewhere on the internet for under $30. $400 is a blatant rip off.
