Every time I go in to get my jewelry cleaned, the employees are always prompt and pleasant. They also have a great selection and brands.

We have dropped thousands of dollars in this store. Treating your customers with respect should be a given but instead, my wife leaves there feeling like she bothered your staff. She had two requests... 1: picking up rings that were resized. And 2: to have a wedding band cleaned since she did receive a courtesy call saying it was due to be cleaned. And though she did leave with what she came in for, she recieved major attitude from the lady behind the desk. Not to mention complete silence when my wife kindly said "thank you....have a good evening". We chose this store while deciding where to purchase our wedding jewelry because of the excellent customer service. We have noticed after making the purchase that respect and kindness to a customer must not be necessary. This isn't the first time we have experienced rude attitude from the staff.
Just had 3 of my wife's rings fixed (resized and new setting) and they came out amazing.
