Probably the nicest doctor's office environment I've ever been in, and I've had some horrible experiences in Dermatologists' offices. The staff were exceptionally very friendly and warm. Dr. Fulcherio was no less friendly and knowledgeable. He stopped in during my appointment even though he was very busy. It feels like they genuinely want to help you, which means so much. I can't say enough good about this place.
I have been here before with great, caring results. The entire staff was great and very detailed. My visit on August 23, was the worst. I saw the PA, she seemed very uncaring and I was try to get her to go over a concern about a condition that my primary doctor was trying to rule out. I told her I had some results and she , replied it was out of her expertise. Come on, I'm sure they order blood work all the time and have to read it as far as results. I was send there by my primary doctor and she wanted me to go back to him for an explanation. She moved along so fast and seemed to be only concerned to see me on my way. I never did get to ask her about a skin tag I had, because she moved so fast and was more concerned to see me out. Never did get the answers to my concerns nor did she care to seek help if she felt it was above her expertise. Very disappointing visit.
