LEAVE THE AREA!! Run, don't walk! Insurance paid 100% yet they tried to collect on the difference that was not in the contract with insurance. Officer manager acts like a witch and wouldn't even provide proof of this supposed amount owed. I've never had a dr's office staff operate in such an unprofessional manner! No wonder more and more people are going to Pittsburgh and/or Hershey and leaving this area!
It's bad enough that the treatment I received wasn't sufficient and I ended up admitted to the hospital after 6 weeks of misdiagnosis etc. Finally went to a new doctor who admitted me to the hospital immediately to fix the problem it was so out of hand!
