This is an small, independent, local business, and I have been pleasantly surprised at how well they have handled my occasional rentals. While Enterprise is usually a little cheaper and offers (usually) newer cars, Chariot will often have stock on peak travel days when the big agencies have nothing left. Some of the cars they offer are pretty high-mileage (one car they gave me had 120,000 miles on it), but they do maintain them well and they are always rented out clean. Also, if you do not have a credit card, they will still consider renting to you, though they wisely take additional precautions. Keep in mind that they will scrutinize everyone a bit more than Enterprise or Avis might, because they must rely on a small fleet of cars that they own. The people working behind the desk at Avis aren't going to care as much. Chariot has come through for me more than once, I'm thankful they are in business, and I'm happy to rent from from them.

I would have to say that this company offers some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. They have been really friendly since I have started renting from them and have been understanding in regards to the day to day problems that we all experience.
I have now been renting with them for a few months and have had nothing but excellent service. The vehicle I have been driving, a 2011 Ford Fusion, has been in the best of shape. They are great about maintaining the quality of their vehicles and do all repairs in house. I will certainly choose them over other rental companies I have used in the past.
Did not respond to phone calls, texts, or emails. Terrible customer service.
I have rented from Chariot many times and they have always helped me out in a pinch or planning future trips. Any time i have called for a quote they have beaten out any competition in the area.
