The bike I bought, 2018 specialized cross trail is by itself a top notch piece of equipment. But, the repeat customer service is worth my repeated business. No matter what stupid question I as a newb come up with, they are always willing to answer. If you are in the market for a top if the line bicycle stop in and see Bryan or Troy!!!
My wife and I stopped in to look for a used bicycle. The sales guy was very helpful and measured her for a bike, set us up for some test drives of the various options, and setting up/explaining the bikes accessories even though she was looking at a bike that was cheap relative to their stock of new bikes. She is very happy with her purchase, and would recommend to anyone in the market for a new (or used) bicycle.
