Great but doesn't do repairs
Boost Mobile the company is excellent. Great customer service and social media presence. However, the Boost Mobile store in Altoona is far from ideal. I waited in the store an hour before they took one look at my phone and told me they couldn't help me with it. Had I been told before standing for an hour, I would be much less frustrated at the staff. Of course, when I call to voice my frustrations, it is all my fault, even though the manager "assumed" I would have a necessary part when I called a week prior to confirm I could be helped. Really? Assumptions? Terrible customer service. Take the five seconds and ask if I have everything, and I wouldn't have wasted a day driving to Altoona to be told tough luck. I wish there were other Boost Mobile stores in the area, but for now, I am stuck with awful this customer service.
