Had to wait 30 minutes via phone....but put it on speaker phone and did my dishes as I waited. Susan was wonderful, answered all my questions that I could not get answered on line. Very satisfied with the call.
They don't have the phone number to this office listed correctly. We shouldn't have to call an 800 and deal with the run around when we've already been talking to people at the local office.
There sometimes is a wait, but most of the time, it is not all that long. They have been helpful every time I went up. Two things need to be remembered here. One is they have only so many people working there and most cases are complicated. Two, there many people coming in there that are just simply impatient and trying to milk the system, causing problems for those who actually EARNED Social Security.
They are a professional office and treat everyone with respect. I have found them only very helpful and have taken my daughter there. I have never waited to long and she always behaved well there.
The directions ended before I arrived to my destination, how do these guys get paid to do nothing!?! My taxes get wasted on them. An the attitudes leave a lot to be desired. Who is in charge of hiring these people and how do I contact this person to tell them that they're doing a very poor job.
