Terrible doctor and staff likewise. Was a patient for 1.5 years. Would have been better going to Med Express or a vet! Endless problems with billing and invoices with insurance, nearly 8 month wait for a referral for 2 herniated discs to pain management. Avoid this doctor!

To echo the other 5-star reviews, the doctor and his staff have been extremely helpful to me with a variety of my issues. Despite having a busy practice, I’m almost always able to schedule an appointment within a few days of my calling and receive a response to my email or phone questions often the same day. I’ve consulted many MD's in my life, and it’s rare I’ve found one as knowledgeable, accommodating, and concerned as Dr. Gates
The ones who are bad mouthing him. Explain to me how a referral 2 months out is Dr Gates' fault. Is the office hes referring you to suppose to push out all the other patients just to squeeze you in. Sorry Princess, it doesn't work that way.
Staff was extremely ignorant. Heard them through the glass speaking nasty of a patient and her health conditions. Complete HIPPA violation, I regret not recording it. I was seen 2x and was refused treatment for my asthma, by his refusal of the inhaler and the liquid for my nebulizer, a condition I have had for 26yrs. Took me off all medications (All Non-Narcotic), note I am and have been disabled 3 years due to autoimmune diseases.
i went there 2day for 1st time and it was nice,clean and every staff I talk to was helpful and you know God really knows. I read the rules if you on drugs,miss appointment or any drama as not taking care of your business then they will not hesitate to stop you as a client. I was fine with the service and shown much respect cause I'm a Spiritual Christian and that's matter. People where is love.
