I am trying to let my hair grow, but needed some split ends cut off. I came to this salon in hopes of getting it done. To ladies ( one with short black hair and blonde bangs, and a redhead) were there. Both were sitting down at their stations messing on their cell phones. I asked to get my hair cut and possible dyed. she asked the girl how long it would take, she said two hours but since they were so busy they would have to schedule me to come back tomorrow. I asked what if i just got it cut, she said i would still have to come back tomorrow. There wasn't any customers in the salon at that moment , yet they had a full schedule. Well seems to me they were more interested in texting or messing around on their cell phones then to have me as a customer. So now i am telling everyone about the horrible experience i had at that store....I will never ever go there again. as far as i am concern those two should be fired. I was there last night 5/5/14 in the evening bout 5-530 pm..NOT HAPPY ONE BIT!!!
