My family has purchased many different furniture items from Ashley over the years. We've been to this store two times and both times were fortunate enough to have Abby as our sales person. She listens to what we want and delivers a perfect match to our request. Encounters with all staff at this store have always been pleasant and professional.
LONG OVERDUE UPDATE TO MY 1ST REVIEW OF 5 STARS!!
We came in on a mission, knowing an exact dining set we were looking for, after seeing it out of town. We were met by Dave. He helped us out with ordering the dining table and 8 chairs. We also ordered a living room sectional. I was extremely impressed that he didn't push us to finance the furniture.
I was sold a product that they quit making in 2016, yet they have it in the showroom as being a current product! Did NOTHING to rectify the problem. Everything they tell you are lies. Lies about the products, lies about the warranty offered, lies about where the products are made. The worst shopping experience ever. Furniture already falling apart! I had planned on making my purchase at Wolf Furniture only to be swayed by their sleazy sales tactics from the sales person, to the manager, to the regional manager. If you are thinking about buying there, save your hard earned money and go elsewhere!
The following morning, we realized the sectional was alot larger than it looked, and would never fit in our living room. We came back in and Adam and the GM, John, helped us pick something different.
Abby did a great job. She told us upfront that she was there to answer any questions but would not hover around us . We liked that fact that She was not trying to push us into any thing. She was there anytime we had a question, conveniently. She continued to provide good prices even tho we changed pieces 3 to 4 times.

I bought a couch sofa and love seat and also a 5yr PEACE OF MIND PROMISE for 300$! Don't buy it!! The Montage Co they deal with will NOT HONOR IT!! They will tell you it covers stains holes burns etc but when I filed a claim for a STAIN they said it was FADING AND WAS NOT COVERED!! They are rude and the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EVER!! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM EVER!! I have heard simular stories from a lot of people. TOTALLY DISGUSTED!! IT MAKES ME WANT TO SWEAR
