Well, I would give a hire rating but when they repossessed my son's Xbox One they also took the rechargable battery packs that I purchased separately, I'd like those back.
I would give no stars if at all possible. There is no communication between employees. We put our card on file for the payments only tobe called several times being told our payment was late. We then went in the store to discuss this issue only to come in contact with the extremely rude account manager Mike. He treated us as we were scum. Never again will we step foot in this place.
