You should be aware of the fact that if an employee is caught stealing from a customer .... ""the members card that to can pay with"" , that employee will continue working there. Apparently it is easier to keep that employee than get a new one. What does that tell you?
It’s a shame! Who hired a manager who has no qualifications, not professional, and not even courtesy to keep their customers happy or just keep their customers.

Here’s the surprise he didn’t know how to use sams club app or check and go app. He didn’t know the difference between upcoming savings and the “now” list. He then stood there doing nothing not offering solutions or even apologizing!
I usually use check and go app so I get my shopping done as quick as possible. Today it took 30 mins to leave everything I purchased and leave not to come back.
Good prices and great verity. Love to use the scan and go application. Easy to keep track of your spending.
So we’ve been shopping at sams club for over 10 years, and at this sams Altoona for 3 years. I’ve never had any problems except how unfriendly the employees are at Altoona, however today the manager jerry made me make up my mind about this branch that i should take my business somewhere else!
Poor service at the meat counter today. Bought a whole piece of strip steaks. Told him to cut them 1/2. When I got home they were 1 inch. I haf to cut them all myself. So I would have enough steaks. Had to cut alot of fat off also. Never haf this problem thete before.
The scan and go didn’t show all the instant savings that was supposed to show. So I ask a clerk hoping it would take only a couple of mins.
She said she can’t find it in the book. So I showed her all of them on sams club app under instant savings. She walked away without saying a word. Five mins later jerry showed up.
