Best place in town for electronics and gadgets. Frustrating sometimes as their prices differ from online. It appears that will be fixed due to electronic price tagging now.
Couldn't find anyone to help me. I searched from back to front and just happen to see one guy n asked if he could help me. I had several questions and he seemed as if he didn't really care. I was looking at spending a lot of money but needed to know abt certain products and which would be best and I got info on one item. I rarely go here and now I know why
Most of the salespeople are nice. There is a huge selection of whatever you might need. Kevin was very helpful when picking out a screen protector for my new phone. The only issue is that a lot of things, especially cables, are overpriced. They price match Amazon on name brand stuff, but it's definitely cheaper to get any cable on Amazon or anywhere online. The markup on cables is one of the highest of any item.
In general, if you ask a sales person for help, the staff are knowledgeable and willing to assist. On my last two visits, I asked one of the young men for help in finding and making my selection. Both days the person took me where I needed to be, explained the product, answered my questions, and directed me to related products I would need to have all that I needed. At no time did I feel like the person was padding the sale or misdirecting me.
My daughter and I went last week for a laptop for her to get for college. I think the name of our salesman was D.J. and he was great! He really helped my daughter make a good decision on what to buy. He was so knowledgeable and patient...as we were there over 2 hours trying to make a decision. Then right before store closed we went back and bought a television for her dorm. Well D.J. spotted us and took care of us again. Great store and great salesman.
