I highly recommend retraining Maryann on Customer Service. He poor customer service and her rude attitude was not appreciated!! All because I asked about using my $10.00 customer reward and with her rude attitude I was told she would have to charge me the original price and would not be permitted to give me the Black Friday sale price. I said just forget it!!! Then she proceeded to ask me if I would like to make a donation to charity and as she was explaining what the charity was I pushed NO THANKS on the key pad and her demeanor really showed. I asked what her name was at that point and she said Maryann ......WHY? She knew why I was asking!! I've been a Manager for many years and would not tolerate one of my associate talking to my customers like that. Inexcusable!!
