Love this Sears very nice
Excellent customer service....They did a great job, and saved me money. I wanted several fluid changes done, and was given sound mechanical advice. After it was done, my vehicle needed less work than I thought. It sounds and runs like a new car. Extremely reasonable prices with a great staff.....5 stars!
Where else can you ruin your hand tools and get new ones free?
Where to begin? First, they charged me for an alignment they didn't actually do, they admitted to bending metal on my frame causing to grind against my rotors. I went back and gave them an opportunity to correct it and the result? Adding more weight to one of tires causing it to be imbalanced (which you could hear while driving) and inflating another tire to 65 psi when the recommended pressure is only 32 psi. Had I not caught it, the tire could have blown out on the highway and caused an accident (as I was told by a respectable mechanic). Nice criminal way to try and get someone to buy new tires!
Went in to get an oil change, just an oil change. The front desk guy comes to me explaining that I need an alignment, I need an air filter, I need my fuel system flushed and he went on and on. I told him I just wanted an oil change, nothing else that day. I had just had my regular Mechanic check my car for inspection earlier in the day, so if I needed am alignment he would have told me. So the guy tells me that I really needed a new air filter and it would be 12 dollars, so I said okay, to get him off my back. They finish my car and I go to pay him, and he keeps talking about how my car needs all these things and quoting me for everything. I am able to finally leave after that. As soon as I pulled out of the lot I could tell something was wrong. I honestly think they screwed with my alignment so that I would go back and have them fix it. NEVER USE SEARS AUTO. I certainly will not again.
