When uneducated people call and do not know that a proper brake job requires either machining the rotors or replacing if to thin, then they may actually be the rude person. Awesome! Just had some work done last week on an older car. We are new to the area and were concerned about finding a trustworthy mechanic. Kreuz was recommended by a friend. Were immediately impressed because the job was scheduled up front, giving us a clear idea of when it would be worked on. Office was clean and orderly...another good sign.
