Panera's coffee is consistently the best coffee I get on the road,no matter the location. However, I am not happy with this particular Panera, because they refused to sell me my sandwich on rye, stating that they only bake one loaf of rye each day. I was standing there looking at a loaf of rye and they wouldn't sell me a sandwich made of it. Not good customer service.
First time eating there I enjoyed the food
not very happy with the sandwich i ordered there today... i order lunch from there a few times a week.. and there is always something wrong with it.. today i order a roasted turkey with lettuce onion and pickle on ciabatta bread... and i got carved turkey with lettuce and no onion.. im not the one to complain but i would like to have what i paid for
Went there today, around 3 stood in line was ignored by the workers. There were several customers confused about what was going on. Then when we were finally acknowledged the girl says "she LL get you in just a second". Then when the other one finished whatever she was doing she ignored us as well and walked away. Then the first girl came back and continued to take customers BEHIND me and this other customer who have been standing there for 10 minutes. This has been the worst service. I've been to this Panera bread before and the service and food was awesome. I had to leave. At this point McDonalds has better customer service. NOTE: I only gave this place 1 star because I had to in order to post this review. I Don't think the service was even worth 1 star.
4 days in a row I have wasted the time to go to Panera bread to get my wife brownies and everytime they are "all out". Terrible management
