Love this place, food is awesome, wait staff awesome. My last visit a kind stranger paid my bill in full. Faith in humanity restored
Been there twice. The first visit was about 6 months ago, and they were out of the gravy for the biscuits and gravy. The second visit was recent, and while they weren't out of anything, our waitress was either overworked or just wasn't paying attention. When I asked for more gravy for my biscuits and gravy, she brought me brown gravy. When we asked for extra cream cheese icing for the cinnamon roll pancakes, she brought us regular cream cheese. When we finally asked about our missing roll 5 minutes into our meal, she finally explained that they were still being cooked (info that she should have gave us without is having to flag her down to ask). The staff was very nice both visits, but being out of their famous sausage gravy and mistakes with food brings my rating down to 3 stars.
The food was horrible. The coffee was aweful. But the manager was great and understanding. I think we happened to go at a time when coffee pots were getting switched and recipes changing.
Love their breakfast foods!! Staff is friendly and attentive. They were super busy because of it being Black Friday, but still had good service and food!
The service was great but sadly the food was only mediocre. Honestly Bob Evans from the grocery freezer is better.
