Never rented a unit but heard good things
A room mate stole my stuff & said it was here... I offered to pay for the units just so I could get my pictures... Some of my mom who died before my 13th bday... He got pissed and hung up on me... This place I guess would be a good place to hide bodies... It isn't for anything else
I have rented multiple times from Bob and he has been very reasonable and respectful toward me. He is consistently checking on the units and he is the only storage rental facility that answered their phones (instead of leaving a message) I know that he is persistent about being on time for payments, but can you blame him? His storage units are clean and well maintained through all of the seasons.
Nicely maintained
Although the this company advertises they rent units for a short term they in fact will not rent to a college student for summer break. According to "Bob" he can not leagally say he "will" not rent to college students on his website. I do not agree with advertising you will provide a service and then discriminate against a specific group of people.
