Great food! Cant say enough good things about this place. Food portions are over sized and best quality. Great hotdogs! Salads are big enough for two. Fish sandwiches are Haddock fillets! You get your money's worth! Way to go!
Would I go there for a sit-down meal or to dine professionally or with friends or family? Probably not. I will return again when I find myself in a hurry and wanting quick Chinese food.
Overall it met my expectations. I was looking for something close, inexpensive, and quick. Best Food In Town served these expectations.
I ordered Hunan Chicken to go from the lunch menu. Included with the main course was a choice of soup or egg roll. I chose the the won ton soup. The price was reasonable - under $7.00.
The dining room was acceptably clean with seating for maybe 10-15 people. Linoleum flooring, basic diner-type seating, and not noticeable decor.
Great food. One star because I ordered from the lunch menu around 1pm and was charged the dinner price. When I said that was not what I ordered and I didn't want to pay more the woman got very angry, started yelling and insisted I pay. Why would I pay more if it's still lunch time and they have a LUNCH option available??
I called for delivery and they said 20$ minimum, I said I would add to the order and they hung up on me. I called #1 instead.
Great food here. It really is the best Chinese in Altoona.
I asked for my money back, was refunded and walked out. Definitely not going to eat somewhere where they yell at you and I won't be going back.
