After traveling over 1200 miles in the last 96 hours from Altoona to Gatlinburg to Nashville.and home....I would like to commend the night shift staff at the Lavale,MD store#591. Absolutely cleanest store I have ever been in. After many "pit stops" on this trip and many others (traveled over 3000 miles this summer) This bathroom was pristine, fresh, and sparkling. I praised the young woman at the counter as I left. She smiled and said, "that was me!" Please train all your workers to take this much pride in what they do...even cleaning the "john". What a welcome sight near the end of a 13 hr trip. Sheetz proud and Sheetz pleased. Keep up the good, clean work.
Absolutely terrible when it comes to specific info about an application and for a place that makes damn sandwiches they want to base everything on that questionair that is pointless and they discriminate worst place ever
My wife purchased 3 cartons of cigarettes at your store when we got home we realised one of the cartons was the wrong length. Went back to Sheets to exchange them for what was originally ordered, the manager refused to do so. Have been a loyal customer for a long time. May avoid your stores from this point forward. Very disappointed in your Rocky Mount store!
Yesterday, (11-17-17) my husband and I stopped at Sheetz at 1484 Carlisle Rd, York, Pa 17404 between 5:30-6:00. We thought we had lost out credit card (which we fortunately did find in our car this morning). Your employee, Tammy, was helpful beyond words. She let us borrow a flashlight, she search through the trash, she took our information and called us back at 11:00 after she could check your video. Please give a shout out to Tammy for her courteous, helpful and kind demeanor.
"Bigger, Better, Sheetzier" rewards card = FALSE ADVERTISING. Certainly NOT better! Buy 10 get 1 free was a MUCH better rewards program. Now you need to spend $150 to get a free 6" sub OR $50 for a free soda. REALLY SHEETZ, REALLY...? HOW IS THIS BETTER?
