I work 9 hours a day, by The time I get out I don't want to walk home not stand waiting for a can. Until I called Altoona Cabs or Blair Can Inc. Called for a cab to meet me at my job at closing...and sure thing without a minute less driver pulls up right on time takes me home. It was a yhe most pleasant, efficient, and cost effective cab ride I've had the pleasure of having.
I came into town and have to be back on the road in 10hrs. Been gone two and a half weeks. I came in to see my wife and kids plus I needed to get some tax paperwork done plus sleep. I called and she said a half hour. One and a half hours later I'm still waiting for the taxi. Called back and she told be they got busy. Well if they got busy between my first call and my last call that tells me they just decided to skip me. Told her I don't have time to wait. I work out of town and only have a few hours she start whining about how she works 12 hours a day. Like that's my fault or I should even care. Told her I wish I only work 12 hours a day. This place is a joke. She could have just said it would be that long and I would have made other arrangements and called them next time I need a ride. Always be honest with your customers and they my not like it but in the end they will respect you for it.
Horrible service! I strongly recommend you call blue and white cab. Had me waiting for over 3 hours and never showed up. One driver will have his meter running while you wait for him to do his shopping. They don't even answer the phone when you call at night. Very unprofessional! PUC will be called tomorrow and I WILL follow through with my complaint. This cab company should be closed down!
Horrible people never use this they don’t even have auto insurance on their vehicles such a scum bag company and they are getting sued!
