Food was fine, but the service took forever. It wasn't crowded. I didn't feel like they really wanted my business.

First table in the place. Immediately notice food and paper and dust/debri all over the floor. It looks like it hasn't been swept in 2 days. My sandwich came out wrong, meaning the cook didn't catch it, nor did the waitress. Zero for attention to detail. My wife opened her silverware to find old dried food, not a spot, but like an inch long black thick piece of food. How someone didn't see this when the wrapped it is beyond me. My wife's salad had lettuce that was old. It was mostly brown and whatever wasn't brown had turned soggy and soft. If anyone cares here or takes pride in their work, it wouldn't have been served. You can tell when a restaurant has poor leadership because these things wouldn't fly in most chains.

This place was always my go to when I was hungry in altoona. However it's gone so far down hill over the past couple years. I'm not one to complain about my food normally however this time my ribs were undercooked so I decided to say something (waited like 30 minutes the first time) my waitress seemed like she didn't want to help me at first gave me a look like it wasn't her problem but finally decided to take them back. So 20 minutes later she came back with more ribs. These ones looked even less done so I asked for my bill. It took me 20 minutes to get my bill from the time I was given the ribs.(there was only 6 tables and 3 people waiting tables) I'd love to see this place make a comeback however for now I don't plan on returning

Haven’t been here for a couple years and thought I’d give it a try again. We were told a 35 minute wait. There were multiple tables available and multiple parties waiting to be seated. Very under staffed. Horrible service, the food was mediocre at best and the bruschetta was not anything like it used to be. Overall a bad experience and won’t be going back anytime soon.

Good service but poor food and drink. Staff was very friendly and prompt. Draft beer lines need cleaning ASAP. Tried 2 from different taps and they had very noticeable yeast build up from the taste. The rib eye was about as thick as my pinky finger and was exceptionally tough. Poor quality beef in my opinion and only can assume some sort of flash defrost.
