I drove several miles away to another True Value and was greeted and helped out without any name calling or obscene language. Never step foot inside this business again. I would give 0 stars if available.
These people have been the most helpful with our needs for over 25 years. Definitely recommend them!
Absolute worst customer service. The lady at the front desk was rude and obnoxious. I couldn't imagine this lady actually worked there. I was going to ask for a manager but felt my honest opinion would be of more use online. This person obviously has issues beyond what a manager could help with. So I politely said no thank you and as I walked out the lady continued to say "slurs" and remarks under her breath.
Sad to see it close. Not many stores like it anymore.
