My son, Robert Bryan sent me my favorite food in the whole world, Texas hot dogs, for Mother's Day. They arrived to my home in Virginia Beach in excellent condition. Thank you UPS. Your packing experts certainly know what they are doing.
Their deliveries are in a timely period! However on two different occasions I have requested package to be held at depot and that I would pick it up. On both occasions the package not received at depot yet. Both times it was ignored and delivered. One time it ruined a surprise and on another I was called out of town and it sat out in weather for a week. How can I have shipment sent to depot and have it held so I can pick it there?

Some how I seem to ship from this store even though I live in the Northeast part of the country. I have called twice and asked to be removed from their computer systems. Yet it continues! Now I get an email soliciting my review. I ask again, please remove my information from your computers.
Always losing packages and they always say they can't help. Worthless company.
